For a fast and easy way to make hemp milk, with less straining.Ingredients: 100g of hemp hearts 1 litre of water — Honey or Dates to taste — Method: This is a very easy method. We just add hemp hearts and water together in a blender. The hemp hearts will break down into creamy milk, but the odd bits of hemp may still be present so feel free to pop it through a strainer. For extra smooth milk with no bits, you can pop it through a cheesecloth. You might want to add honey, dates or vanilla extract for flavour. I personally like to add more hemp hearts and this makes the milk turn into more of a cream, great to add to other dishes or provide a more protein-packed drink, great with other ingredients such as cocoa powder for nice chocolate milk.  In recent years, alternative plant-based milks have gained popularity, and one such option that deserves attention is hemp milk or cream. This amazing pesto is great as a dip or a pasta sauce. I'm sure you can use it in other cooking or as an added flavour for other dishes or sandwiches. Prep: 5. |  Cook: 5. |  Ready: 10 |  Serve: 15 Ingredients: 4 cups loosely packed wild garlic, ½ cup hemp hearts, ½ cup Parmesan (or Gran Padano cheese) 2 cloves garlic, salt to taste. squeeze of lemon juice 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil Method: After spending a leisurely afternoon picking the wild garlic (time not included) It’s a very simple process of popping it all together into a blender and whizzing it up. To make the mix a bit softer for dipping you can add more lemon juice or oil.

This easy, hemp chimichurri sauce uses fresh parsley, hemp oil and chillies, a colourful and flavorful addition to grilled veg and more. Prep: 10 minutes |  Cook: -  |  Ready: 20 minutes. |  Serve: 4 Ingredients: 1/2 cup hemp oil2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar1/2 cup finely chopped parsley3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped2 small red chillies or 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped3/4 teaspoons of dried oregano1 teaspoon of salt1/2 teaspoon of pepper Method: 1. Grab a bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Cover in clingfilm and allow the mixture to sit for 5 -10 minutes to release all the flavours into the oil before using. 2.
